Really easy and really good. Frites are just really thin, crispy french fries. We oven roast ours but you can deep fry yours if you want. Coated with olive oil (2 t. per person) and seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground pepper, baked at 425° until crispy.
Other than dinner, nothing happened today. Sheesh! What a boring, uneventful, non-productive day. I blame the weather.
Tomorrow is my Weight Watchers meeting night, so I think dinner will probably involve the crockpot. I will let you know.
